Populate a form lookup field with contents from another gallery

Hi,

 

Datasource is Sharepoint List

 

I have a Contact gallery and Account Gallery and another gallery which combines the 2. (showing contacts associated with a Account) Both of which have search fields.

 

The combination form has a lookup column for Account and another for Contact.

 

Question is I have added an icon to each result of the Contact gallery search but can't work out how I could press that icon and make it appear in the Contact field in the Combination form.

 

Basically just try to save typing it again.

 

Thanks in advance for any assistance guidance on this use case.

    Can you send a screenshot to properly visualize the content you are asking?

    @Ethan_R Thanks for your message.

     

    I want to press the plus on one of the results from the left gallery & it populates that into the find field of the form on the right. Note that that column is a lookup in the Sharepoint List

     

    There will be other basic fields in the right hand form but its this specific issue I am trying to work out.
