extracting values from website and store data in excel

Hi,

To monitor supplier's product change notice, I am now trying using Automate Desktop.

I have a list of parts with supplier item number and basically, I would like the flow to take item number from excel and search in supplier website. For example, Festo

When the part is discontinued, they kindly mentioned the due date and etc.

So my flow is as below

Basically, if there is no "discontinued" text searched, the part is recorded as "Active" in excel.

If "discontinued" is detected, the part is marked as "In Phase-out" in excel.

Also, I ask the flow to capture information like below and save them in excel.

But they are stored in multiple rows in excel. How can I put them in single row?

Extract data from web page will return a data table. So, what you need to do is use Retrieve data table column into list and retrieve column number 0 from the data table into a list variable. Then use Join text to join this list into a single string. When you've done that, you can write the string into Excel and it will appear in a single cell.
