I'm newbie to power automate. I having difficulties finding out why the data is missing in attachment when sending email from outlook. Please see the screenshot of the flow. When I testing the flow, all works fine. However, when I received the email, there is no data. Just blank! I'm not sure what went wrong with the flows. Can anyone advise me? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

    Hi @Newbie9

Pls set attachments content as "File content" property obtained from the previous "Get file content using path" action. You can find that property from the Dynamic content as shown below:

    Dear @ManishSolanki ,

I just followed your advice but the issue still persist. I can see the new role has been added into the excel table in share point but when I received the excel attachment, I don't see the row that has been added. The attachment only has header row and that's it. No new row.

    Hi @Newbie9

Usually, action takes some time to add a row in the excel sheet. I would suggest you to pls set a delay of 5 mins after "Add a row into a table" action as shown below:

    Dear @ManishSolanki ,

I researched the issue and found that web-based excel has a common issue called concurrency/locking issue where the user need to wait 6 minutes to get the update data. So I added the delay and now it's working.

Thanks anyway! Have a nice day!
