Values are not proper in the trigger mail from Microsoft lists

Hi,

    I am new to Power Automate and Microsoft lists. I have built a flow to send a trigger mail from the contents of the Microsoft lists when an item is added or modified. The flow is working. But unfortunately, I face issues with the contents. The contents are not displayed as desired. I have attached the snapshots of the mail content in the flow and the triggered mail I received.

The above image is the Power Automate flow content.

The above is the image of the triggered mail. In that, the green underlined lines are the fields that are working properly. But for the rest of the lines the value of the fields are not returning properly (some @o data.type":"microsoft azure ...... is coming).

 

Please advise on how to proceed to get the mail in the correct format

    Is there an option to add dynamic content that has the description Value associated with it, as the example below shows:

    Using Category Value, I get the correct output:
