Approval flow Failed to Load Owners

Hi Team,

Created one approval flow and connected with SharePoint document library. User can able to trigger from SharePoint document library -> Select document - > click Automate button the menu  -> Send for approval flow.

While trigger the flow the power automate information panel shows Failed to Load Owners message. Checked the flow owners permission in the site as well as the list, they have the full permission. Can able to run the flow and it's running without any errors.

How we can fix the failed to load owners issue? Kindly provide some details.

Thanks In Advance.

Regards,

Kannan

    Hi,

I'm having the same issue, connections are fine as are owners - all valid users and such - but when running the flow get the same "Failed to load owners" error - did you get anywhere with this?

    Worked it out.

1: using your service account, create a copy of the faulty flow (you should always use a service account for flows rather than named individuals - for exactly scenarios like this).

    2: Delete the original flow.

3: Find the copy, add in any other owners you need/want.

4: Rename the copy (it'll prefix with 'Copy of').

    5: Turn the flow on.

6: Check the results by loading the flow from SharePoint in the usual fashion.
