Get all sharepoint groups of a specific user?

Hello!
 
I can find a lot of information about a user like the Sharepoint sites he owns :

And the one he is member of : 

Now I need to find the Sharepoint groups he is member of. I'm talking about the security group each Sharepoint site has :


Is it possible to do this? I guess I could scan ALL sharepoint sites and look in each of their groups if a specific user is in it but I would prefer to do this the other way around : "scan" a user and get HIS memberships. It would be much faster. Also, I do not have access to ALL sharepoints so I wouldn't be able to scan all of them anyways.
 
Can you help me out with this one please?

    Unfortunately, SharePoint doesn't store the groups that a user is a member of at the user level. To get that you would need to check every SharePoint group to see if the user is a member of that group. There is no realistic way to do that efficiently. You can check to see if they are a member of a specific group fairly easily, but the internal data structure just isn't there to query all the groups they are members of.
