Filter Array Not Providing Output

I am working on a flow that when a deadline comes up to email the individual assigned. I am trying to use the filter array, but it not providing outputs. Attached is a screen shot of my flow.

    @especk The equals operator looks for an exact match. If the Filter Array action isn't returning any results, then it's most likely due to the fact that the output of the 1st_NOV_Deadline_Date dynamic content doesn't match the output of your compose action. 
     
    It's hard to offer any recommendations without seeing your full flow and the logic behind it. Toggle off the New Designer and click each action to expand it. Upload a screenshot of your flow in edit mode.
