MS Flow Plan 2 - SharePoint New Item created triggering after 5 minutes

Hi all,

I builded some flows last year based on trigger "SharePoint New item created", they runned smootlhy and almost synchronously.

A few weeks ago the trigger started running asynchronously taking minutes to start, now people started complaining about the delay.

My account has MS Flow Plan 2 so flows should take at least 1 minutes to start but this isn't happening.

My questions are:

  1. Why my flows take so much time to start?
  2. Is there a way to start a flow immediately after creating a SharePoint item? (Maybe with PowerApps Form?)

If I won't find a solution I think I must go back to the orrible SharePoint Workflows (it's a pity but nobody in this world wants to wait 5 minutes to see Flow results).

Thanks

Maurizio

    Hi @maurizioangeli ,

I did a quick test on my side, and I also tested When a new item is created using an account with Flow plan 2, but Flow was triggered very quickly.

But it seems that some users have similar problems before after the new license plan is released, please refer to this similar thread and see if the discussion here is helpful to you:

I didn't make any change but today my flows are lighting fast (as they were), they start in 3/4 seconds.

I hope they will continue to work this way

    Thank you Barry!
