SharePoint Lists : Find text reoccurrence in a column and update another column when item added or modified (through flow)

Good morning,

 

I am new, and am looking for a way to update a SharePoint lists column "IsFirstOccurrence" whenever a a text repeated in column "bay"

 

attached screenshot is an example which is manually done. Looking for a way to automate it.

    Flow run failed, i went through each step as you mentioned.

    Hi @Shikaka ,

     

    The 'order by' parameter expects column name rather than column value.

    So please use 'ID' rather than '321'.

    I can see a progress, however its only updating "False" to all items.

    And this is the alert is showing under "True" & "Status" skipped
