Matrix Drag and Drop

I work for a school and I am trying to create a scheduling app to schedule classes in rooms. Below is what I am envisioning it to look like. It would be in a matrix form with classes and periods as the axis and then each specific class would fall in a slot. Is it possible to do a drag-and-drop so the scheduler can move classes around easily?

    @ryeradio1 ,

    Unfortunately, I don't think it is easy to achieve this scenario using PowerApps.

    Please check this great article authored by @mdevaney I could by a start for what you want to achieve.
