today i had changed a cell into a value field, after refresh the table inside the powerapps designer,
the designer at windows 10 disappeared..
happened 2 times today, i had luck that there was a tempory save state.

Could you please share some of the information on the Event Viewer, in particular:
Run: EventVwr.exe
In teh Tree view, Go to "Application and Services Logs" -> Microsoft -> Windows-> AppHost -> Admin
You may see some entry there that has information on th exception that happened.

did you tryed edit column cell formats in excel or insert columns and refresh the tables in powerapps?
currently i not using powerapps.
