Receiving mail after deleting the flow

I have created a recurrence flow for every one minute. Later I deleted the flow. But still I am receiving mail for that flow. In my flow, the created flow is deleted. And I have deleted the file which need to be triggered in mail from one drive as well. But still receiving tha mail with that attachment. How to stop this, please help me out

    @Anonymous  Please ask Power Automate admin to go the Power Platform admin center.  In Power Plaform admin center they can see a list of all Flows under default environment  ( if flow was created in default environment) and they should see your flow there, and if see the flow there, ask them to delete the flow.
