Hi friends.

I am creating a flow for the following and only need help for the review part:

I am creating a power automate workflow that does the following:
Quarter-start triggers Workpaper Checklist workflow.
Microsoft form sent to Pod D’s Teams.
Form: Client, Fund Name, Quarter, Preparer, Reviewer, excludable tasks.
Preparer fills form for client and fund.
Power Automate creates Planner bucket (minus omitted tasks) in Pod D’s Teams.
Preparer1 gets Teams notification with Planner link.
Preparer emailed about assigned tasks.
Preparer can reassign, comment, or complete tasks.
All tasks done prompts preparer for review approval.
If "yes," reviewer gets notification with Planner and file links.
Reviewer approval alerts next reviewer or preparer to send files to client.
Rejection returns task to preparer with comments.

I am working on my review flow. Can you help walk me through it. I need to go through the buckets within my planner and determine if any buckets are complete. If any bucket has all of its tasks complete then it will kick off the approval process using approvals. But there has to be a check if the bucket has already had an approval flow sent out for it so we dont send it twice. I also want after the approval process starts and the preparer does the initial approval to go to reviewer, i want their name and time stamp put on the dataverse table updating a row that already exists. And then once the final reviewer approves, i want the has been reviewed column filled in as well.
