Sending reminder based on due date and status column

Hello,

I am quite new on using PowerAutomate.

I have a share point list which consists of:

a. request name

b. request date

c. request submission date

d. request status : new request, response submitted.

I am trying to build a flow to send a reminder with the following logic

> send a reminder a day before the request submission date only for the request name with request status is "new request"

Appreciate for any supports. 🙂

You need a scheduled flow that runs daily and use the getpast time to get 1 day earlier and then GetItems with Filter Expression as below:

FormatDateTime Expression:

formatDateTime(body('Get_past_time'),'yyyy-dd-MM')

Hi Mira,

thank you for the response.

I was doing the same but when I tried adding Control Condition >> only sending a reminder if the request type is equal to New Request, the flow failed or not sending anything.
