Hello community, I want to be able to send a reminder email every 24 hours until I receive a reply email to the first email sent. So far I have tried different alternatives but without success. does anyone have an example, explanation of how to do it or reference to a forum? Thanks

Hi,

Here's one of the easiest ways to do this:

When you send an email, add it to a SharePoint list (To, Date, Subject, and ConversationID or InternetMessageID). Here you can have a column that shows if a reply was received (it could be a Yes/No column). Then when you get a reply, your flow can check if the email exists in your List, and you update the column to Yes.

So you have a helper flow that runs every 24 hours, mine are typically ran at 5 AM every day. Your helper flow usings Get Items with a filter query Replied eq 'No' and you send a follow-up email for every item that does not have a reply.
