Approval flow not triggering

Hi, I'm having difficulty fixing a flow that a colleague who has now left the business created. This was working correctly before he left and passed the ownership onto me, however I'm very new to PA so I'm not sure where the issue lies.

The flow should be firing a teams approval for sharepoint items that have status set as 'Artwork Approval' and the 'Artwork link' field filled in. However the flow isn't triggering at all I'm assuming the issue must be with the first step? Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers

    @jamestcbs  click on three dots of the first step (i.e. the trigger) and look at two things:

    1. Click on settings and see if there is any trigger condition configured

    2. Check the connection of the trigger, which account selected under my accounts in trigger connection (this will show when you click on those three dots in the bottom of menu)

    The connection is set as my work microsoft email address which has access to the sharepoint location. The trigger is set as the below, does this look correct to you? Thanks

    @And(equals(triggerOutputs()?['body/Status/Value'], 'Artwork Approval'),equals(triggerOutputs()?['body/ActionStatus'], 'Awaiting'))

    @jamestcbs  can you remove trigger condition for a while just for a test to see if flow triggers?

    if I try to remove it it gives the error 'Please enter a trigger condition' unless you mean something else? Thanks

    @jamestcbs  click on the X button beside trigger condition, and then click on Done button and save the flow

    Thanks, I've removed the trigger and the flow ran immediately, however the approval step isn't satisfied

    I have just reset the 'Status' column on the item so to see if it triggers the 'Has column changed: Status' field in check step and the approval has ran successfully.

    Is the trigger condition required or can I leave that empty since it ran fine without it? Thanks

    @jamestcbs  yes its good to have trigger condition as it triggers the flow only when required, so if you want your flow to trigger when status is Artwork Approval and ActionStatus is Awaiting, then you can put back the trigger condition.

    If I add the trigger condition back in as it was previously will this not prevent the flow from running again?

    Does the original trigger need amending since it wasn't working when this was included?

    @And(equals(triggerOutputs()?['body/Status/Value'], 'Artwork Approval'),equals(triggerOutputs()?['body/ActionStatus'], 'Awaiting'))

    Thanks

    @jamestcbswhen status is Artwork Approval and ActionStatus is Awaiting, is this the only condition for your flow to trigger? In other updates your flow shouldnt trigger?
