I am using the template flow to Send a customized email to Requestor when a new SharePoint list item is added
How do I get the customized email to display in the FROM line an email address I specify?
I have everything working EXCEPT all the emails show as coming from me. I don't want that. I want them to show as coming from an Outlook Email Distribution List (EDL) (ex. DOTDLDTSDTransportationProjectPlats@dot.wi.gov).
- Power Automate (PA) doesn't recognize the email listed above when I enter it in the FROM (Send as) line of the Advanced Options of the Send Email section. It does however recognize other Outlook EDLs from my dept.
- When I manually enter the email address above, the flow fails, and does not send the requester a confirmation email.
- If I enter other Outlook EDLs from my dept. that PA does recognize, the flow still fails, and does not send the requester a confirmation email.
