Can any one tel me weather ADX portal support OAuth Connector or Not? For external authentication except Google and Facebook.

From the sources i would say yes 🙂
This is the version which was released by microsoft. If you run that one, chances are high that it works 🙂

you can either download it from Microsoft directly https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=55789 or the community edition on github: https://github.com/Adoxio/xRM-Portals-Community-Edition

Yes. ADX portal supports OAuth connectors. It is just that ADX portals are no more supported by Microsoft.
If your customer is still using adx portals - its better to shift to online. Else for any issues during implementation it will be difficult to get product support.
