How to get response after creating an invite.

Hi all,

 

I am creating an event invite to book an appointment. Problem is, after creating invite I have to get response whether both parties have accepted or declined the meeting invite.

 

here is the flow screenshot:

can anyone please tell me how can I get the response (Accept, Decline)?
