Delete or Update PDF file

I have a doc library that acts as the master library with word docs once they are approved through the approval workflow a new document is created in OneDrive and converted into another library as a pdf ( this works fine ) however if I want to resubmit the same document back in the master library the conversion to pdf workflow fails as the pdf doc already exists in the other library is there any way I can delete the previous pdf or update it through a workflow?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.WORKLFOW PDF.png

    @Cillian1700  you can delete file from onedrive after it is copied to SharePoint using Delete file action.
