Hi,

I would like give acces to a onedrive file to a list of people. For that I try to use the sharepoint connector [Grant access to an item or a folder]. I need the Id of the file but didn't manage to find it.

    Hi @armand453

The action "Grant access to an item or a folder" could only be used in the items/folders that are stored in the SharePoint. So the file id in onedrive cannot be found in the action "Grant access to an item or a folder" using SharePoint connector.

Here are some examples of how to use the "Grant access to an item or a folder":

Setting SharePoint Permissions with Power Automate - European SharePoint, Office 365 & Azure Conference, 2023 (sharepointeurope.com)

Manage list item and file permissions with Power Automate | Microsoft Learn

    Hope it helps.

    Best regards,

    Sylvia

    Hi @armand453

I am afraid that there is no out-of-box solution currently for OneDrive connector. All actions provided in Power Automate are listed here:
