item created date in power automate flow

Hi i would like to include item created date in the email approval body to approver. how can i do this?2021-09-01_23-57-50.png2021-09-01_23-59-24.png

    Hi @Laimun ,

     

    I haven't checked if Created Date is passed in the trigger but you can always do the below and pass ID to Get Item which will return Created.

    Sorry, haven't seen it before.

     

    1. does it happen for all lists?

    2. does it happen if you clear your cache?

    3. do you have a PA license?

    4. I read you could disable the buttons using PowerShell but i dont think thats the cause

    hi eric 

    1. does it happen for all lists? - yes happen to all 

    2. does it happen if you clear your cache? i never clear my cache , how can i do that?

    3. do you have a PA license? yes, but a standard only 

    4. I read you could disable the buttons using PowerShell but i dont think thats the cause -where can i locate this power shell?

    hi eric thanks for this tip, it works! however, the time is in EU time zone, do you know how can i change it to Singapore time zone? thank you again

    Hi Eric, thanks for the tips! I managed to change it to local time zone. however, any idea how to amend the timing in email subject title as well?

    Hi @choylaimun ,

     

    You could move the Convert time zone action up before the approval task.  Then remove 'Created' in the Title and pass the output from the Convert time zone task in.
