On-Demand Flow for Dynamics 365

Hi,

I've created an on-demand flow for dynamics 365 and am not sure how I can share this flow so all members of the organisation can run it. Basically at the moment, I'm the only one who can see the flow. I'm not sure if I need to share the flow in power automate or adjust security settings in dynamics.

Hi @JohnOReilly34

You can share the flow with all users in the organisation from the flow page. Depending on the usage or the requirements, you can add the setting in the run as users settings and add the "All Users" as shown in the screenshot below:

@yashag2255 , thanks. We don't however have exchange online. Is there a way to create an all users group without having to add all users manually?

Hi @JohnOReilly34

In that case, you will have to individually add users to run the flow. Ideally the all users should apply on the users that have been created in the Office Admin Center. Can you try to search everyone in that text box to check if you are able to share the flow that way?

Hi,

I have created a on-demand flow on Account entity.
Created a user group with list of users and assign that group to my flow but i cannot see my flow on account entity.

Can you share a screenshot of the flow?

What trigger are you using on the flow? Can you confirm that it is when a record is selected and it points to the correct environment and the correct entity?
