I have made a cloud flow to extract data from invoices saved on a OneDrive and add a new row for each row of data in the invoice but the problem now is that i would like to share the cloud flow with my colleges but i cannot add them as users becease of the connections for the onedrive and the excel. so my question is how could i make it viariable so that the path is relative and so i can share it so my colleges can use it as users

The best practice will be to :

    Create a solution

Create a connexion reference for each connector you are using in your flow (SharePoint Onedrive Outlook etc ..)

    Add your flow

Share the flow with your colleague as Co-Owner.

He will be able to use the flw with your connexion..

Otherwise, If your colleague want a copy of the flow so he can process his invoices You can just share a copy of the flow so he can create a new one with his own connections.

    Hope this helps
