Hello,
we have created an approval flow. Depending on the metadate, a document has to be approved by a specific person or the email has to go to a departmental mailbox (qpm@ystral.de):
Unfortunately PowerAutomate reports an error:
InvalidApprovalCreateRequestAssignedToNoValidUsers
I suspect that this is related to the shared mailbox. Is it even possible to approve from a shared mailbox or do we have to send the approval mail to a person within the department?
Here is the Active Directory extract for the mailbox in question:
