    Hi @johnjohnPter

Pls try to pass the identifier (id) of the newly excel file instead of file path in "Create table" action. Try to find out the file identifier in the output of previous http action.

If this helps & solves your problem, please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

    Hi @johnjohnPter

    Here is the sample flow.

I have used "Create file" action instead of "Send http request to SharePoint" action to create a new excel file:

Add an expression to pass empty string in 'File Content' parameter:

    ManishSolanki_0-1717666593727.png

    string('')

Next, add "Delay" action to give some time to save file in SP library:

Finally, add "Create table" action to create a table in the sheet. Pass the Id for the excel file from the output of create file action. In table range, specify the sheet name & the columns range as shown below:

    Sheet1!A1:B1

    Output:

If this helps & solves your problem, please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

    Hi,

I found a fix for the above issue
Step 1: Select the document Library from the drop down (this is only to get the drive ID later we will change it to environment Variable)

    step2: Test run the flow

The "Document Library" Output is the drive ID that this action requires -COPY the ID

Step3: Add a Text Environment Variable in the solution and add the Copied Drive ID

Step4: Replace the Document Libary in the Create Table action with the Above environment Variable with the drive ID in it

Please note that the QA and Prod Drive ID may vary

PLEASE GIVE THIS ANSWER A THUMBS UP, IF THIS HELPS AND ACCEPT THIS ANSWER AS A SOLUTION FOR FUTURE REFERENCE!
