issue with service principle while doing back up

    Well, you haven't provided much in the way of clues, but my best guess is that you are trying to undertake an operation using a Confidential Client token as this app reg with the ID "F2505..." What you might have missed is that this appreg needs to be granted permissions to the database. Go to power platform admin center, select your environment, go to Settings --> Users and Security --> Application Users and add this app reg to the database and grant it a role (e.g. sysadmin).
