Can't run Power Automate flow with trigger "for a selected row" as Automate flow tab is not appearing in Excel Online

Hi all!

 

I have a M365 business basic and power automate free licence.

I can create a flow in power automate to trigger on "for a selected row" with no issue. All turns out green and looks like no issues. Now, when I open the target file I can't see "Automate" tab to run flows. Why is that?

    In addition, I installed Microsoft Flows for Excel and managed to run my flow from Excel desktop version. Still, why can't I see "automate" tab in Excel Online?
