User Seems to Accidentally Not Allow Sharepoint Connection

Hi everyone,

I have a user who seems to have "Not Allowed" Sharepoint Connection accidentally, hence when he triggers a Flow (a button in the sharepoint list that triggers below), it states "Unauthorized".

Other users are using the tool fine.

Is there a way I (Flow admin) or him (Flow user) can undo what he has done? Thank you.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

It seems like an issue from SharePoint side.

Per my certain research, it is due to incorrect entries in Alternate Access Mapping. I suggest you try to apply correct AAM settings.

Please check the following doc on Plan alternate access mappings for SharePoint Server for a reference:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/administration/plan-alternate-access-mappings

    Best regards,

    Mabel
