We require to add the file or image upload option in the adaptive card(post adaptive card and wait for response).
@Changal I am not 100% sure but from my research I think this is not possible, I can also see a idea selected for this

Hello, have you solved this problem? I want to design an application form. The user fills in the information and uploads the attachment, and the background submits the information to jira.
Has anyone found a way to attach a file to an adaptive card yet?
Hi! You can use the action "get attachment content" and then get the link to attachment. When you post the link to the attachment in the URL of an adaptive card, it opens the attachment.
I am not sure about multiple attachments though.
