I can't connect a MYSQL because it say "Detalles: An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'Character set 'utf8mb3' is not supported by .Net Framework."

Hello

 

I can't connect MySQL

It say MySQL connector don't support 'Character set 'utf8mb3'

 

I tried change character set UTF8 to latin1 but it say same.
