For the following scenario, In excel i have column student_email, teacher_email, subject and marks.

There are duplicate values for each students because of multiple subjects and marks associated with each student, whereas teacher may be same or different for each student.

I need to send an individual mail from outlook(v2) to each student with his subjects and marks as a single email, and with email in Cc to that respective teacher of the student.

How to do this?
