I need to do some things with a table from some Excel file, but these files are constantly changing every year, so I need some way for workers to be able to apply other files for this flow. The only thing I found was the ability to load any file from action Manually trigger a flow, but I don't know how I can get action List rows present in a table to work with such a loaded file.

Are there any other options for how I can make the functionality I need? Ideally, it would be if you could just create a button in a spreadsheet in Excel and when you click it, it would start flow with the parameter in the form of the current file
