List rows present in a table with an Excel file from an action Manually trigger a flow

I need to do some things with a table from some Excel file, but these files are constantly changing every year, so I need some way for workers to be able to apply other files for this flow. The only thing I found was the ability to load any file from action Manually trigger a flow, but I don't know how I can get action List rows present in a table to work with such a loaded file.
 
I made the file upload like this:
 
Are there any other options for how I can make the functionality I need? Ideally, it would be if you could just create a button in a spreadsheet in Excel and when you click it, it would start flow with the parameter in the form of the current file

    Hi,
     
    My preferred option that I use is to drop files into a folder.  Think of the folder as a processing queue. So when a new files is created in the folder you designate, it will automatically launch your flow.  The nice part about it is the file names can change without any additional coding (be sure to keep the table name the same, typically it is Table1, unless you changed it).  That said, you can also get the table name but typically an unnecessary step.
