Flow keeps over writing

I receive 10 emails at a time sometime and they all increment based on a list.

I have added delays to each of the steps but still flow over writes and increments wrong and is unreliable right now..

What can I do?

Here's the configuration

    @ChristianAbata

The flow works perfect. Its just sometimes I Receive emails quickly flow starts messing up and over writing files.. how can I tell flow to chill down and do one email at a time ...

    For example

i received 8 emails today, they should increment from 1 to 8 ... the result was i had only 3 saved files with the last email number 8 saved as number 3.. so literally flow kept over writing or ignoring sequence and i ended up with only 3 attachments saved, under wrong numbers

@Towaiji  sorry but I could you share the entire flow? I don't see email actions in your screanshot

    Hi @Towaiji ,

Could you please explain more about the "flow over writes and increments wrong" that you mentioned.

Do you mean the Create file action would over writes the new created file? I don't think there is an issue in the flow event though the flow would be triggered 10 times at the same time.

    Best regards,

    Alice

    Yes sir.

    So here's what I mean

I received 8 emails from one supplier, the flow is as above, creates file from attachment under name date "mm-dd-yyyy" in a specific folder.

So i receive these 8 emails seconds or a minute apart and there were supposed to be from 11th of may till a certain date.

I see the flow slowly created a file 11th of may, i open it its correct that document is dated 11th of may and it was the first email received.

2 mins later, i have 12th of may file created, i open it, its dated 13th of may and that was the third email received.

Long story short I ended up with only 3 new files, 11, 12, 13 with the last 13/may file being 19th of may (last email received)

i go to the list i had created, the lasted updated item was also obviously 13th of may .. and i noticed that flow sometimes creates the file lets say 12th, then over writes it with date 13, then 14, then skips 15 and 16 or overwrite it so quickly I dnt get to catch it

So im assuming its an update item issue on the list? because the concept of the flow is working..
