Removing Time from Excel Data?

Hey everyone,

I am sourcing data from excel that I need to paste into a date field on a webpage. I set up a display message box to see how the data was porting and realized the date values are porting over with a time-slot. For example; I have “3/17/2021” listed in excel, but it’s coming over as “3/17/2021 12:00:00 AM”...which is preventing me from pasting. How can I remove the time-slot?

Hello @jfkbbb ,

Please use "Convert Datetime to Text" and select format as "Short date" under Standard as shown here:
This action helps in retrieving only Date and not the time.

I did this recently by converting it to text and then changing the custom format to yyyy.MM.dd
