Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I receive an email with an attachment (a report in Excel) every Monday.

I want to update that report with a Column (Account Owner Email), update each row with Account Owner Email from Outlook and send it to a group of people. Is it doable? Any Insight is highly appreciated.
