Hello. I am building a few flows based on a client need.
The client has requested that I build a list with a "description" column that allows for multiple lines of text. They have also requested many other columns for use. When a user creates a new item, they are required to fill out multiple fields as well as put a brief description in the "description" column as well as sometimes attach a file inside that column for reference. So far I am having NO issues with this, but my problem comes from the flow email itself.
When the user receives an email notifying them something has been created, the email flows nicely, but when the user clicks on the hyperlink to access the file, it will not allow them to open the file. A prompt comes up saying "Microsoft office has identified a potential security concern" and provides a link to the file, but when pressing YES to proceed, it says the system cannot find the file specified.
Any thoughts on how I can get this to work?
I will also note that it seems as if the file extension is not fully available because when I copy the hyperlink, my like starts at \sites and not the normal https://.
