The flow works, except for each record on the SharePoint list it finds, it creates 10 duplicate contacts.

    Hi @rmarshall

Its difficult to give you an exact answer without seeing the full flow.

Also below in your screenshot you are checking the record count is zero then under the Yes condition you are not doing anything. If the count is more than zero then create contact. Is this correct?

    Thanks

I would eventually like to check the record to see if the contact name is already in the list, and if it is, it would go to yes. No, create contact. For right now, I'm just trying to stop from duplicating 10 times.  Thanks for help.

    Hi @rmarshall

Not sure I understood this logic or not

Above you are creating a new contact if record found. If length is zero that means no records found and under the Yes you are not doing anything. Is this other way around?

I will eventually add an update contacts under the yes decision.  If the check records return a record with the same name.

    Hi!

Which array did you assign to your 'Apply to each'?

From the title of the topic, I assumed you wanted to iterate through a Sharepoint list and copy each contact stored in the List to Outlook, right?

Is it me, or current 'Apply to each' input looks like an output array from an Outlook related action block?

    Thanx!

Thank you.  I restarted from the template and it seems to be working fine now.  For some reason, there was an extra look added.  Your response helped me see that.
