Save Email Attachments

I am a newbie and trying to save attachments form mails, I was able to save files with attachment file name,
Can you please help me how can i save attachment with name as "Body of mail".

    Why do you want to specify Body as the attachment name? Can you post a sample email as example?

    We receive mails with attachments with same name, But we identify it with body of email, below is example.
