Send an Email V2 with "From (Send As)" Failing Suddenly?

We have two flows that use the Send an Email V2 action with the "From (Send As)" parameter set to a shared inbox.  The user connection being used by the Send an Email V2 has full delegate access to the shared inbox including "Send As" and "Send on Behalf" permissions adding in Exchange admin.  These were working fine up until today, but are now incurring the following error:

"You are not authorized to send mail on behalf of the specified sending account."

Is there a alternate working method or newer action we should be using? We tried to replace the action with the shared inbox variant but that doesn't appear to work properly either.

1). Don't set both  "Send As" and "Send on Behalf" permissions. Or  "Send As" or "Send on Behalf"

2). Check if you can send as a shared mailbox manually using Outlook.

Thanks for the response Victor.  We did try turning each permission and testing after with no change.  We are still able to send as the shared inboxes manually via Outlook.

And you can confirm that you are using the same account for Outlook and for the flow?
