Hi All,

I'm new to Power automate and I need your help with a query as below.

I am looking for getting file details on Azure portal so basically I want to build a flow that will connect to Azure portal and looking into today's file in a data lake storage container and if they files haven't been uploaded today then send an email to the team to upload the files. Can this be achieved using Power automate?

Please follow the below suggested connectors. Since API are down for Azure data lake I couldn't help on deeper. But this action will list out the details of the files exists in your account folder and based on the metadata what we are getting from list file output then build your own logic to achieve your goal.

@Deenuji - Thanks for your help. I have tried to link to Azure Data Lake and I'm stuck at adding the "Account Name" and "Folder Path".

How can I make sure that I'm connected to the correct domain for Azure account and where to specify the Storage account name and the location? When I login to Azure portal, then by default i get logged in using my company's user details and then I have to manually select the correct domain to login. How can I make sure that Power automate will link to the correct domain for Azure?
Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks so much.

Does the account you're using in Power Automate Cloud have access to the "Azure Data Lake service"? If so, please establish a connection by clicking the plus button below on Azure Data Lake. Then, in Power Cloud, utilize the same "Azure Data Lake" action. This should hopefully resolve the issue. Please give it a try and inform me of the outcome.

@Deenuji - Yes the account I'm using for Power automate has got access to Azure data lake service but I'm unable to sign in to Azure Data lake as below. Please note my Azure account is different from the one I'm using for Power automate.
I tried to click on update password and selected the Azure account but it didn't do anything

Are you trying to update the existing connection? Or trying to create new connection in Azure data lake? My recommendation would be create new connection and you give other account credentials as well .

Yes, I believe you're experiencing issues related to tenant isolation. For instance, if your Flow account is associated with the "abc" tenant and you're attempting to create Azure credentials in the "xyz" tenant, it won't permit the establishment of cross-tenant connections.
