Issue with Patching Date/Time

Hello,

We have been using Powerapps for over a year now and a new issue just popped up.

We patch Date/Time values quite a bit in our app using the following format.

ETA: outsideETADateValue.SelectedDate + Time(
Value(outsideETAHourValue.Selected.Value),
Value(outsideETAMinuteValue.Selected.Value),
0

As of last week, we are no longer able to patch these values through, has anyone else noticed this issue?

This seemed to have happened after I published the newest Powerapps version.

Have you tried troubleshooting with labels?

Set a label up for each of the items:

    • outsideETADateValue.SelectedDate
    • Value(outsideETAHourValue.Selected.Value)
    • Value(outsideETAMinuteValue.Selected.Value)
    • Time( Value(outsideETAHourValue.Selected.Value), Value(outsideETAMinuteValue.Selected.Value),0)
    • (outsideETADateValue.SelectedDate + Time( Value(outsideETAHourValue.Selected.Value), Value(outsideETAMinuteValue.Selected.Value), 0 )

Then see whether it is a particular part that is no longer working as expected or if the formula has changed its requirements slightly and needs a different format.

If you're still stuck, let me know how you're getting the hour values - what kind of control are you using to select them?

Also: try changing to SelectedText.Value instead of Selected.Value - I had a few Apps where this changed from Selected.Value although the previous had worked before.

    Cheers,

    ManCat
