Unable to edit topics or create new ones, it just keeps loading please help.

Hi,

I'm new to Copilot Studio. I cannot edit or create a new topic. Whenever I try to open one, it just keeps on loading. I've tried it on incognito and different browsers but it's all the same issue. Please help me. 

I've attached a screenshot of the issue below.
