powerapp pdf file showing

Hi guys ..

 

I need your help.

I saved pdf file in CDS .  And I display the file for user download option but I want user also can preview of  the pdf in new browser tab. 

 

Example: If user Click Icon the file should be shown new browser tab.

 

Please help me
