Subbed YouTube Channel ID's missing from list

I have a bunch of flows with "video uploaded by (ChannelName)" 99% of them work fine, but a few channels that I am sub to aren't showing in the channel ID list to create rules out of. Selecting custom in the channel ID list and typing the channel name doesn't work. Is there a way to force a refresh of your sub channel ID's or manually enter them other than typing their channel name?

I subbed to a new channel to test it and one of the channels that was on the list dropped off. It looks like there is a 50 channel limit to the number of channels ID's it shows on the list.

@Josh82 Sorry I'm not sure to understand what the problem is.
Could you post some screenshots?
For example, a screenshot of your flow structure, the result you get and the result you expected would help.
