Replace SP column name format with actual names

I just finished building a flow using an incredible walk-thru here Power Automate SharePoint Item Modified flow | Track Column Changes (Version History) - YouTube

My issue stems from the initial SP List. I built my list by importing an excel table. As a result, the names on the "visible" side on my site are what I want...however somehow on the backend they are stored differently. For example, my list shows

"Project Name" as my column. I first noticed this issue in Power Apps when my edit form displayed the same column as "field_13".

Here is what I mean:

Are there any work arounds to this? 😢

    Hi  @water-guy-5 ,

"field_13" is the internal name of the SharePoint column. The internal name cannot be changed.

A SharePoint column has two names:

    1. Display Name is the name you set when you create a new column. This is the visual name that the user sees when they are working with SharePoint list items or documents via forms or view. You can change the Display name.

    2. Internal Name – Internal names are set when you create a new column. You cannot change the internal name later. The internal name is not always same as the display name. Internal names are used to get field values and can be used in trigger conditions and workflows.
