I am using an email trigger to add a row to a google sheet.

The first column in the google sheet is date field.

At the moment the flow picks up the received date and time using the "Received time" dynamic content.

I wanto only add the date coming from the received time but i cant get the syntax to work.Screen Shot 2020-10-04 at 8.22.31 am.png

    Hi @Binskit ,

    You could Create the flow as below:

    1.png

    formatDateTime(triggerOutputs()?['body/receivedDateTime'],'yyyy-MM-dd')

    Best regards,

    Alice

    I get this error:

    "One or more fields provided is of type 'Null', a different type is expected."

    Hi @Binskit ,

    Could you please share the screenshot of the configuration of the flow and the run history of the flow so we could better understand the issue and provide the proper workaround?

    Best regards,

    Alice
