Hi there!
I am struggling to get this to working so I am hoping that someone more experienced than me can give me a solution.
I've been trying to set-up an automated ticket system within our company system on Teams. So far you can fill out the Form, it makes an Task in the Planing section from 'Tasks to Do' application.
The first problem I'm having is it doesn't put in the description which the user writes in the Form, it is checked in the Flow.
Second problem, the Flow-Bot chat message only sends notification to one user - doesn't matter what user filled out the form. I would like it to send a chat-message to every user(with pre-defined email) that fills out the form as soon as the task is 'finished'.
Last question, is there any way to assign different people to different buckets?
This flow is the main one to open Tickets.
Second one is for the closing of a Ticket.
It is in German, but if anyone needs a translation plesae let me know.
