hiya,

I'm installing the CoE kit on behalf of someone at the moment. they only have E5 for end users & 1 X Power Automate Per User license

Do they need to obtain Power Apps Per User license for the people to use the COE kit?

They also have powerbi pro, but i read to access the reports they might need powerbi premium? or could they just use powerbi pro?

That being said, if you are installing all components but not using them then you don't need licenses for everyone.

All the apps for admin are model driven and canvas apps uses dataverse.

You need 1 x Power Apps per user license to start with in addition to what you have to get started on configuration.

If everyone in org need to use Audit and Nurture components then Power Apps per license is needed for everyone because the tool kit uses dataverse for all the functionality.

Power BI pro is enough to share the reports.

Power BI Premium is needed only if you are using data export option which is still in preview.
