Flow doesn't work only for one user

Hello,

I face a very strange issue. The created flow works perfectly for 20 users except one! Could you please give me a hint what to check or what could be the reason?

    I trust you are good,

    Sorry for the late response,

    Hello,

I would be more than willig to clarify all the points where the language is a problem. Which windows i should explain/translate for better uderstanding?
The problem occurs always for this person, it is not an occasionally issue.
I will try to check the delay function, let's see

    Hi @LesnyLud,

Though I cannot really read your action due to the language difference,

But I would like to ask, Do the issue occur every single time that particular person fills the form or was it just a One-time occurrence, Also maybe you may want to consider or check if there's a delay between when the files are uploaded to the particular folder. If that's the case you may need to add a delay action to adjust for the timing.

which is strage because the files physically are uploaded in the APP folder created/operated by MS forms.

    Hi @LesnyLud ,

Can you expand the get file content using path, and also translate the error message you are getting,

Based on that, We can help to pinpoint what could be the cause, My initial believe is probably that particular user didn't provide the adequate information needed for your flow run, Or your array variable for your photos needs to be looked at, to ensure for that failed user, it's actually picking the requested value.

Kindly feel free to like my post, so I can easily come back to the message once I get a response
